What Counts as a Revision?

A revision is a single submission of requested changes to your project. You can include multiple changes in one revision round — for example, "change the hero headline, swap the button color to green, and update the about page copy" all count as one revision.

Revision Limits by Package

PackageIncluded RevisionsAdditional Cost
Starter Site ($349)1 round$75/round
Growth Site ($699)2 rounds$75/round
Enterprise Site ($1,499)3 rounds$75/round

Revision Rules

  • One at a time: Only one revision can be pending at any time. Submit all your changes in a single, organized request rather than sending multiple small requests.
  • Be specific: Include page names, section names, exact copy changes, color references, and any other details needed. Vague requests ("make it pop") will be sent back for clarification.
  • Use the portal: All revisions must be submitted through your project tracking page. We cannot process revisions sent via email, text, DM, or phone.
  • 14-day window: Revisions must be submitted within 14 days of the project reaching "Final Review" status. After 14 days with no revision submitted, the project is considered accepted and complete.
  • Scope matters: Revisions cover changes to existing design and content within the original project scope. Requests for new pages, new features, or significant functionality changes are considered scope additions and require a separate quote.

What's NOT a Revision

The following are considered new scope, not revisions:

  • Adding new pages not in the original package
  • Adding e-commerce, booking, or form functionality not originally scoped
  • Complete design direction changes ("actually, make the whole site light mode instead")
  • Third-party integrations not discussed during kickoff
  • Content writing or copywriting services

Tips for Effective Revisions

  • Collect all feedback before submitting — consolidate changes from all stakeholders into one round.
  • Use screenshots or screen recordings to point out specific areas.
  • Reference exact text for copy changes: "Change 'Welcome' to 'Hello' on the hero section."
  • Provide hex codes or reference sites for color changes.

Digital Templates

Digital templates (brand kits, social packs, pitch decks, etc.) are sold as-is and do not include revisions. Templates are designed to be customized by the purchaser. If you need a custom version of a template, contact us for a quote.
