Who is actually doing this
Elevare Studio is ELEVARESTUDIO LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, and it is run by one person. There is no floor of staff behind this page and nobody here is going to pretend otherwise.
A department is not a team of people you are being sold. It is a job, done to a written standard, for a price you can see. A department only gets a price when we know what it costs and are prepared to name it, which is the whole reason four of the five above have no price on them.

Web is the one with a price on it. What it sells is The Site Report, and it costs $49. We cannot take a payment on this site yet, so there is nothing to buy on this page today.
