A coffee cart that sells at pop-ups around Providence and caters private events.
What it needed
A line at a pop-up only moves so fast. The cart needed customers to order and pay ahead from their phones, a way to book and take deposits for events, and a reason for regulars to come back.
What we built
The site
- Order ahead and pay on the phone, with a live order board for pickup
- Order texts, and orders closed from a text message instead of a dashboard
- Event quotes in three steps, with an online deposit to lock in the date
- Rewards stamps toward a free drink, with an Apple Wallet card
- An app customers add to their home screen, with no app store
- Ordering opens and closes on the cart’s own hours, automatically

- Instagram linked straight into ordering
