A sewing studio making handmade bags, gifts and custom pieces, sold online and at markets.
What it needed
Handmade work sells on the story and the detail. The studio needed a shop that shows each piece properly, a simple way to ask for custom work with reference photos, and a till for market days.
What we built
The site
- An online shop with collections, a cart and card checkout into her own account
- Custom order requests with reference photo uploads, quoted and paid online
- Customer accounts to follow orders and custom requests
- A point-of-sale screen for markets and pop-ups
- Installs on a phone, with its own page when the signal drops
Marketing
- Product pages laid out for each piece, with its story, materials and care
Analytics
- Product view tracking, so she can see which pieces draw interest
- A full sitemap and structured data for Google
